Would you like to spend the long summer vacation at Apricot with lots of friends and native English-speaking teachers?

If the weather is nice, we’ll go to the park every day and play in the water together.

We have a variety of activities planned every day, so please join us!

5 days from July 27th (Mon) to July 31st (Fri)
Short: 10:00 – 14:00
Long: 09:00 – 18:00 (Extendable up to 18:30)

Target:
Preschoolers (ages 3 and up) to elementary school students (Our preschool is open to children aged 3 and up)

Number of Participants:
15 people per day (8 for the long course)
*If there are fewer than 4 participants for either the short or long course, the event will not be held.

What to Bring:
Water bottle, lunch, towel, plastic bag for soiled clothes, change of clothes, diapers and wipes (if needed)
*If the weather is nice, we will go to the park and play in the water. Please wear comfortable clothing and athletic shoes that can get wet. We will be walking to the park, so sandals are not permitted.

Internal Student Fees
・Short Course: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM, 5,000 yen per day
・Long Course: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 9,500 yen per day (Entry and exit times can be changed)
*The long course includes a snack time. If you have allergies, please bring enough for both breakfast and dinner.

(Extension fee: 1,000 yen per 30 minutes; extensions possible until 18:30)
★An additional 800 yen is required for each lunch cooking session on July 28th.
Menu: Somen noodles, sausage, french fries, watermelon

*Both the short and long courses will not be held if the number of participants is less than 4.
*We do not accommodate allergies.
*External students are required to pay a separate enrollment fee (12,000 yen) and insurance fee (3,200 yen).
Cancellation fee: 50% for cancellations 3 days to 1 day prior, 100% for cancellations on the day of the event.
*Please understand that this is due to staff arrangements and preparation of materials. Refunds will not be given after payment.
*All prices shown include tax.

★When applying, please be sure to specify your desired date and course.

★Payment of participation fees is due by July 18th (Saturday) via bank transfer or cash.

★Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis. Even if you apply, you will be placed on a waiting list if the school is full.

★First-time students are required to visit our school for an interview.
